We (Briox Ltd.) provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of the information that we collect and receive from users of our applications (collectively the “Applications”) and services (collectively the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to the information that you provide to us through the Services & Applications. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, in which case we will post the new Privacy Policy.

As part of supplying the Services & Applications, we collect various types of information about our users for three primary reasons:

What information do we collect?

We collect information on our users through registration and use of the Services & Applications, through cookies and where you choose to disclose data via application functions.

When using our Services, we may ask that you provide us with some personally identifiable information – information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, and information on your use or potential use of the Services and related services (“Personal Information”). Personal Information that we might collect includes information like your name and email address. Personal Information may also include other information you supply to us concerning your preferences and interests expressed in the course of using the Services.

When you use our Services & Applications, our servers will automatically record information that your mobile device sends or transmits, including, but not limited to, the device ID number, user settings, location and information about your use of the Services & Applications. We only store, track and monitor general usage and not information specific to any user.

Logging in using social networking credentials

If you sign-in within a Service or Application using a social network (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) user credentials, you grant permission to the social network service to share your user details, as detailed by the requested permissions (these usually appear in detail at the sign-in screen) and according to your account settings in that respective social network.

Some of our Services and Applications may use plugins from third party platforms (such as the Facebook Like button). We also may use “cookies” on our Services & Applications to collect information, to the ends mentioned above. Third-­party advertisers may also place or read cookies through the Services & Applications. You can turn cookies off but if you do this you may not be able to use all services on our websites.

Persons under the age of 12

Our Services & Applications are not intended for use by persons under the age of 12. They must not submit any personal information to us. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from any person who is under the age of 12. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 12, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you have reason to believe that this has occurred, please contact us at, and we will delete all relevant information.

Changes to Business

If Briox Ltd. becomes involved in a merger, acquisition or sells all or a portion of its assets to another company, it is likely that user information will be a part of the assets transferred. If as a result of such a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy, Briox Ltd. will act to provide notice to users of these changes beforehand.
